Our Company has been operating for over 10 years and has gained an excellent reputation for well-planned, safe and professionally-conducted tours. Glory Ethiopia travel and tour started its operation at the world-famous heritage sites like and the rock hewn churches of Lalibela and the Valleys of South Omo. Founders of our organization have developed a considerable experience and knowledge about the travel routes and are among the first ones to explore and develop the routes.

In 2000 we expanded our initial operation areas and activities to include tailor-made adventures, aerial photography and filming, sport, bird watching, trekking, natural attraction tours, humanitarian tours, study tours and pilgrimage tours to all corners of Ethiopia and neighbouring countries including Kenya, Djibouti, and Tanzania. Many hundreds of travellers who have enjoyed and experienced our exceptional tours along special and yet relatively unknown routes are the witnesses of the quality of services and professionalism in our organization.

Our Professional Team

Daniel Damtew (Mr) - is an anthropological linguist and tourism professional. He has been working in the industry for many years and acquired practical tours management expertise. Mr. Daniel is a highly recommended tour leader for big groups including ethno-cultural, educational, historical tours to different corners of Ethiopia.

Habte Yitbarek (Mr) - is a local from Lalibela, with experience in tourist guiding and organizing tours. He has got a great deal of reputation working with big film crews, journalists and travel guide books writers on Ethiopia. Guides are articulate in English language with a sense of responsibility, humor and hospitality.
